1. Health Risk & Disclaimer
Swiss Nutrition operates as a nutritional consultancy. Our protocols are supplementary to medical treatment, not a replacement for physician-led care. We do not provide medical emergency services.
Clients must disclose all pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, and psychiatric diagnoses prior to consultation. The Practice assumes no liability for health complications arising from undisclosed conditions.
While our methods are rooted in metabolic science, individual results may vary. We do not guarantee specific weight-loss metrics or rapid 'detox' outcomes, as such claims are inconsistent with Swiss clinical benchmarks.
2. Financial Provisions
Payments & Refunds
All consultation fees are payable in Swiss Francs (CHF) at the time of booking. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session are non-refundable.
Digital Deliverables
Upon completion of a session, Nutritonal Blueprints and metabolic assessment reports are delivered via secure PDF. Professional liability ends upon delivery of the agreed-upon protocol.
